Swiss-based businessman Nicolae Buzaianu had threatened a 100 million Dollars legal action against the Zambian government and then planned on donating all monies to charity. However, Dr. Buzaianu has withdrawn his suit after the Zambian government released an apology for wrongly implicating him in a gold scandal that has embarrassed two presidential administrations, former Banda and current the President Sata.
